Gratsy

Very unfortunate. I used to love this app and getting the boxes. The last one I received was the Halloween box and even that was a struggle, I was getting no notifications at all but seeing all these people on freebie sites getting them. After I've reached out to gratsy several times nothing has been done. I uninstalled the app. Waste of time since they do not address the issues but respond to people groveling over a box.

The app NEVER sends me notifications (and says it won't in the settings- not something I can change). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing everything, but that didn't help. I've gotten 1 box in over a year and missed out on 6 others because all were claimed by the time I found out about them from other people, or they didn't show up in my app until it was too late! It's nice to get free products, but I wish they would e-mail you when a box is available. The Android app is USELESS!!

Used to be a great app then sometime last fall I quit getting notifications and I'm unable to turn them on so I've missed out on 3 boxes so far. Like others I've tried deleting, redownload, emailed Google and gratsy and have gotten nowhere. If this is like the way your doing things from now on by luck of the draw instead of notifications just say that.
